ahhh yes, it's finally the weekends again.
The sweet weekends~
Thursday marks the start of my weekends for me.
Had a pretty rough week, mainly cause i'm ill.
Yes, sick. Im down with cough and feverish feels.
Dont know how i got it, but it just happened. It hit me from nowhere.
Happened on National Day itself. Felt smth wrong with my throat already.
Sure enough, i became sick.
To make things worse, whenever i am sick, or especially when i have cough, my condition worsens.
Simply because i have bronchitis. Which is the inflammation of the lungs.
Cant drink cold stuff too fast cause ill cough, allergic to dust, etc etc.
When i have cough, i actually wheeze. yeah its that bad. lol.
Had napha today....
Didnt go well at all.
Was pretty disappointed with myself.
Also because i was sick and couldnt perform to my best.
Clocked in my 2.4km at 11mins 10 sec -.-
Which is extremely disappointing even though its graded B.
Again, it was my cough and illness that made things this way.
Was really under the weather.
After running, i puked. haha.
My pocari sweat drink and siew mai i ate for breakfast came out.
Yup, was already expecting that to happen halfway during the run.
Didnt feel good at all.
But definitely feel so much better after puking.
As for my weekends, i dont have much plans.
In fact, i dont have any plans as of now.
Might be spontaneous and go along with any plan that pops out.
Am hoping that my friends are free to go for a ride.
And by ride, i mean cycle. haha.
Yeah, havent cycled in awhile and feel the need to.
